- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their motorcycle needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers on Harley-Davidson motorcycles, accessories, and related products.
- Conduct test rides and demonstrations to showcase the features and performance of various motorcycle models.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate financing options and completing necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to showcase our motorcycles effectively.
- Previous sales experience in the automotive or powersports industry is preferred.
- Passion for motorcycles and a deep understanding of the Harley-Davidson brand and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software is an asset.
- Motorcycle license or willingness to obtain one.
